Nan's Place is Cosy, quaint and compact, yet there is room for all the family, and the grand kids. This was Nan's place and still has the relaxed cosy atmosphere, with a no fuss feel. The property has a fenced yard with a rear lane access, which means there is plenty of room to park the boat and for the kids to play! Nan's has a front porch and a functional covered back deck, with a BBQ.
The three bedrooms are equipped with all you could need. As Nan always said, spoil the kids, so we have turned the largest room into a Kids retreat. This retreat sleeps up to 6 kids in this spacious room it is complete with their own flat screen plasma and DVD player.
With this open-plan and fully functional kitchen the cook of the family can see everything that is going on as they can view the dining and back deck area. The bathroom has a shower and toilet - with a second of each being in the laundry.
