Nan's Place is Cosy, quaint and compact, yet there is room for all the family, and the grand kids. This was Nan's place and still has the relaxed cosy atmosphere, with a no fuss feel. Nan's house is located right in the heart of Woolgoolga on Market Street, you are within walking distance to the best cafs, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The property has a fenced yard with a rear lane access, which means there is plenty of room to park the boat and for the kids to play! Nan's has a front porch and a functional covered back deck, with a BBQ.

The three bedrooms are equipped with all you could need. As Nan always said, spoil the kids, so we have turned the largest room into a Kids retreat. This retreat sleeps up to 6 kids in this spacious room it is complete with their own flat screen plasma and DVD player.

With this open-plan and fully functional kitchen the cook of the family can see everything that is going on as they can view the dining and back deck area. The bathroom has a shower and toilet - with a second of each being in the laundry.
