A fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher and an extra bar fridge has views of the sea from the kitchen sink. With the separate dining room, a glass table seating 8 and a smaller casual breakfast table seating 4 this unit is an entertainers delight. It sleeps up to 8 - the main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two singles. An open den area sleeps extras on a double futon and single trundle beds. There are two bathrooms (main with bath) and a large en-suite. There's a fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine and drier. Off street parking is available in lock-up garage. A large fixed gas BBQ is provided with gas bottle kept in laundry.
