The bright modern living areas with a modular King Furniture lounge and flat screen TV, DVD and CD player have 180 degree views through wrap around picture windows. There's an access track to the rocks in front of the unit for the fisherman or snorkeler and an easy one minute stroll to the swimming beach for the surfers. Buster the old wreck is a fifteen minute walk along the wide sandy beach and the new Headland Walk is two hundred metres away.
A fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher and an extra bar fridge has views of the sea from the kitchen sink. With the separate dining room, a glass table seating 8 and a smaller casual breakfast table seating 4 this unit is an entertainers delight. It sleeps up to 8 - the main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two singles. An open den area sleeps extras on a double futon and single trundle beds. There are two bathrooms (main with bath) and a large en-suite. There's a fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine and drier. Off street parking is available in lock-up garage.
